Paulette Leaphart (left) and Victoria Arlen have inspired many with their stories. Leaphart walked from Biloxi, Mississippi, to Washington D.C. topless to show fellow breast cancer survivors the disease's harsh realities. Arlen learned how to walk again after spending three years in a coma and 10 months in a wheelchair from transverse myelitis. As Leaphart is moved to tears during the espnW Summit, Arlen is there to console her.
